Returns Policy
If you don't love your new purchase, you are able to return it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a STORE CREDIT.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email a photo of the fault, along with your order number to bernie@morale3.com prior to requesting your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Return Conditions
The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns after this date will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

We do not offer exchanges. If you have returned your product due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, you can purchase the product in your required size (or another product) in a new transaction.

Due to hygiene reasons, there is strictly no returns on accessories.

Return shipping costs are payable by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are required to cover an re-shipping costs unless the new order value qualifies for free shipping.
