CMC Gold dummies are an Australian owned brand & has been a two & a half year process from the first designs to testing to manufacturing. We can ensure that the dummies have been designed to not only look aesthetically pleasing but they've been engineered to be safe, practical & cater for all ages.

What is a vented teat? 

A vented teat is a teat that will allow the air to flow in and out. As the baby sucks on the dummy the teat will flatten in their mouths. Most dummies on the market have a vented teats including - BIBS, Frigg, Avent, Nuk etc.

 Should water flow through your teat after sterilising your dummy, please follow instructions on your box & make sure you squeeze excess water out of your dummies before you give them to bub.

Dummies are perfect ways to comfort a child as opposed to creating a thumb sucking habit which is hard to rid. We recommend ensuring that your baby gets rid of the dummy by the end of age 2 to prevent jaw malfunction or teeth movement.

Replace: every 4-6 weeks

Dummies come with a protective cap. 

CMC Gold dummies are 100% BPA, PVC & Phthalates free and have a 100% natural rubber teat & have passed testing in accordance with AS 2432:2015 Australian standards.

Size 1 is perfect for newborn to six months.

Size 2 - perfect for 6m+

Size 3- 18.m+

We have made 3 sizes so that you can upgrade to a larger size as your baby grows.

Material

⁃ CMC pacifiers are BPA, PVC & phthalates free.

⁃ Material/size: Natural rubber latex size 1, 2 and 3. Size 1 is suitable from birth.

Safety & Care Designed and Lab tested to AS 2432:2015 & AS/NZS ISO 8124.3

Sterilising -  Pop in a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.

Remove from the cup and allow to dry. Don't leave the dummy in the cup for longer than 5 minutes as it can cause the natural rubber teat to thin earlier than it should (this doesn't affect the use of the dummy). Do not boil the dummy on the stove. This will cause burn marks on the plastic (or melt it entirely). Keep out of direct sunlight & refer to inside of packaging for care instructions.

If water is inside the teat, ensure you squeeze the teat to allow water to escape. 

Replacement timeframe ⁃ Replace after 4-6 weeks.

Please note - due to hygienic reasons we aren't able to offer refunds on dummies

As soon as the 4–6-week mark gets closer you'll notice considerable swelling of the dummy, or stickiness of the teat (at the very latest). This is a good indication that it must be replaced. 4-6 replacement timeframe is relative to all pacifiers world-wide.

Morale 3 is not liable for incorrect information given when shipping information is asked at check out point. If the shipping address provided is incorrect we are not required to refund you, you the customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.

All undelivered/unclaimed parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense.

Morale 3 is not liable if your parcel is stolen because of a request for a safe drop or a delivery instruction is written to leave your parcel unattended.

Returns

Returns Policy
If you don't love your new purchase, you are able to return it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a STORE CREDIT.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email a photo of the fault, along with your order number to bernie@morale3.com prior to requesting your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Return Conditions
The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns after this date will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

We do not offer exchanges. If you have returned your product due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, you can purchase the product in your required size (or another product) in a new transaction.

Due to hygiene reasons, there is strictly no returns on accessories.

Return shipping costs are payable by you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are required to cover an re-shipping costs unless the new order value qualifies for free shipping.
